A Conversation on our Campus Food Loop

The EVST 310 class held a Food Forum discussing the existing food loop on Lafayette’s campus and how to improve opportunities and knowledge of the process.

Students from Dickinson College came to share their experiences at their own college, and our own Joel Blice, Bon Appetit manager, and Sarah Edmonds, Garden Manager, spoke about their work on Lafayette’s campus.

All food served was from local farms, such as Klein or Lancaster farms. There were local cheeses, locally brewed coffee, dried apple slices, and shortbread cookies.
